You may not distribute them commercially or otherwise.
Products -
Prints - All prints are taken from original drawings, which were drawn by myself,
the artist and are on high quality A5, A4 or A3 fine art paper.
Original drawings / Commissions - All drawings are on high quality A5, A4, A3 or 11x14inch paper,
drawn in graphite, and sprayed with a fixative spray, then mounted where applicable.
Packaging -
A5 prints and drawings are posted in good quality board backed envelopes.
A4 prints and drawings are posted in good quality A4 board backed envelopes.
A3 prints and drawing are posted in postal tubes or board backed envelopes with stiffeners if required.
Payment & Shipping -
Once Payment is received the order will be dispatched within a few days.
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery in the UK and up to 14 days for delivery outside the UK.
Where possible a tracked and / or signed for service will be used.
Damaged items -
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me stating the nature of the
damage, to enable me to process a replacement order. Email address is below.
Postage -
Prints - Postage is free, you pay just what you see for all prints.
Commissions - Postage is included in the price for UK commissions.
If you live outside the UK you can still commission a portrait.
I am happy to ship portraits anywhere in the world.
For postage rates outside the UK, please send me an email.
Prices do not cover import or custom costs, Pencil Portraits Online is not responsible for any customs
and local taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the local customer’s
responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
